There's so many possibilities for them to be together: will Emily takes care of limbless Vivian now that she's pregnant? ... Or should something happen here?

As you can see there are many versions: in many of them Emily has her head attached on her lover's body but can still control her former helpless body, sometimes it's surgery, sometimes it's because they both are dicknecks. Anyway, they love being stuck together and still be their own caretaker ^^
